Joanne was born and raised in Cranbrook, B.C. She started in the travel industry in 2004 working for Travel Plus and was responsible in helping getting the business off the ground with great success.

"My motive was to always look for the best vacation for my clients. I took great pride in putting together many bus tours to different events i.e. Vegas, concerts and Broadway shows. I took a couple years off from working for the travel industry but not from learning about travel. I love the industry and that is why I am back! During my time off I travelled to many different destinations giving me more experiences to share with my clients".
