Finance & Operations Coordinator
Chelsea has been a valued part of the PTM family for more than 12 years. Her journey with the company began when she started assisting one of PTM’s travel advisors with hockey travel arrangements—a natural fit, as their sons played hockey together. What started as supporting a single advisor soon grew into a broader role within the agency, where Chelsea began assisting with accounting and operational functions, drawing on her Diploma in Business Management Administration.
Today, Chelsea supports PTM’s daily financial and operational activities, helping ensure transactions are processed smoothly, vendor payments are managed accurately, and the behind-the-scenes details that keep the agency running are handled with care and precision. Her dedication and attention to detail help support both PTM and its network of travel advisors every day.
One of the things Chelsea enjoys most about her role is working closely with PTM’s wonderful community of travel advisors and helping them succeed. Whether assisting with financial processes or supporting day-to-day operations, she takes pride in being a dependable resource for the team.
Outside of work, Chelsea is an avid hockey fan and loves spending time outdoors whenever the sun is shining. She is also a proud mom to her grown son, who works as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. When it comes to travel, Italy and Monaco sit at the top of her bucket list, and she hopes to experience both destinations one day.
