Your next 9 days of Northern Italy exploration will take you across land to Venice where you will board your newly extensively renovated ship, introduced into service in 2020. Itinerary

Day 1


Milan

Arrive into Milan to meet your private arrival transfer to take you to your hotel.

Day 2


A day in Milan

Stylish flair, Gothic Cathedrals, Da Vinci's artwork, today explore all the hidden treasures of Milan. With 2,500 years of history there is much to experience today.

Day 3


Transfer from Milan to Venice

After breakfast you will slowly drive from the fashionable town of Milan to the Adriatic Coast and Venice. On the way you will stop in at Verona, the hometown of Romeo and Juliet, and enjoy lunch at the Valpolicella wine estate. This is better than a history class!

Once you are in Venice, you will board the newly released into service ship that you will sail on for the next 6 days.

Day 4


Venice

After your first sleep in the waters of Venice's lagoons, explore the city. Visit the iconic Doges Palace, with a local guide. They will then take you through the city and show you only spots the locals know about!

Day 5


Chioggia

Sailing from Venice cruise through the lagoon, past the colourful fishermen's houses in Lido and dock in Chioggia. Here you will have the choice of several excursions that will enable you to experience this village.

Day 6


Polesella

To cook or visit UNESCO sites...so many great options.

When you visit Polesella you can take a full-day excursion to Bologna and participate in a Pasta workshop. Alternatively you can go to Ferrara, a UNESCO medieval town, known for its arts.

Day 7


Porto Viro, Chioggia

It is important not to miss the once-a-week market - a colorful and boisterous scene, and quintessentially Italian. Ensure you climb to the top of the ancient clock tower.

Day 8


Venice Islands

Today, sail around the Venetian Islands and stop at Burano, Mazzorbo and Torcello.

Day 9


Venice

Visit the local fish and produce market next to the iconic Rialto Bridge or join an art historian for highlights at the Accademia gallery.

Day 10


Depart Venice

After breakfast say goodbye to your new friends. A transfer will be organised to ensure you meet your flight home.
