Viva Las Vegas

Luck Be a Lady, Leaving Las Vegas, Sin City.

How many songs have been written about this town in the middle of the desert??!!

??!! I hadn’t been in Vegas for a few years and each time I go there is something else that has changed. It is an ever evolving city that presents its patrons with something new each time. You could go every year and there will be something different and new to do. New hotels, new attractions, new shows.

I did not stay at a new hotel but rather the Venetian. Both the Venetian and Palazzo are “luxury suite” hotels. Each suite is probably double the size of a regular hotel room in Vegas. You could have a small party in the bathroom which boasts a shower and tub. When you go out, you will also get the “feel” of Venice. You will find canals, replicating Venice with great highlights like the “bridge of sigh” and gondolas. There are wonderful stores in a huge shopping mall, amazing restaurants (you can find almost any celebrity chef you know has a restaurant here!) and lots of fun things to do. The pool area is lovely. The casino is fun and yes, you will get lost but don’t worry, you will be found!

Vegas definitely compares to an Adult Disneyland. It is an explosion to all your senses, which is why most people are exhausted when they come back from their Vegas trips.
