Top Christmas Booking Tips

Its July and that means Christmas - right! For those of us from the southern hemisphere, Christmas in July is the time we can celebrate like in the movies! You know wrapped up in puffy jackets, with snow falling and all those Christmas lights! Now that I live in the northern Hemisphere, I guess I should crack out the BBQ at the lake, put on a Santa hat and remind myself how the first 23 years of Christmas' occurred… No matter the hemisphere, it is a good reminder to start thinking about our plans for that crazy season. I know I am crazy to think about it now, but I am thinking of you! What a...

Family Ties

Recently, Elizabeth Story of Kensington Tours shared her experience. We thought we should share the highlights with you! "I feel like one of the lucky ones when I tell people where I get to work, and my good fortune rang particularly true when I took my daughter to South Africa with Kensington Tours. We both had an exhaustive wish list when it came to what we hoped to do: She wanted a safari, I hoped to sip my way through Cape Winelands, and even though our ask was large (and sometimes ever-changing), our Destination Experts customized it all without so much as a sigh. We saw things we couldn...

World Pride in New York

Some airlines are doing more to support the LGBTQ community than others - which ones to choose! Stonewall 50 and World Pride 2019 are starting this week in New York. Our agent Dean has shared with us the airlines that are supporting the community and showing a little flare in the process. JetBlue - Recently named their newest aircraft 'Shantay, Blue Stay' in reference to the Emmy Award Winning TV Reality series Ru Paul Drag Race. United Airlines - for those that booked their airline tickets to World Pride and used their United Mileage points, a donation was made to the Trevor Project - provi...

Dalmatian Coast via Bike

Our Adventure Agent Janice recently returned from Croatia and was awestruck! She participated in a guided tour cycling along the Dalmatian Coast. Here is a little about her experience! I’ve been to many European countries, but none compare to the stunning beauty of the Dalmatian coast. I just returned from an Exodus Bike tour & still in awe reliving it. We cycled from Split to Dubrovnik along the Dalmatian islands of Hvar, Korcula, Mljet and the mainland vineyards of the Peljesac Peninsula. We cycled for 5 days averaging 50km a day. Our cycling paths took us up and down spectacular hill...

South Pacific Cruise Exceeds Sun & Sand Expectations

French Polynesia exceeded my expectations of being only a sun and sand destination, here is how! I sit on the back deck of the MS Paul Gauguin in the La Palette Lounge with my morning tea soaking in the volcanic rock formations that surround our ship. We are anchored in Cooks Bay on the Island of Moorea. We've been onboard less than 24hrs and Flo and Harry, our servers from dinner, already recognize me even with my hat and sunglasses on at breakfast. Our first night got off to a great start with good food and entertainment by the pool. I feel like we are very much going to enjoy this cruise o...

Our Clients Perspective on Morocco!

What is a 15 day tour of Morocco like? AMAZING! Here is my perspective. While in Spain last year, I made a spur of the moment decision to go to Morocco and it was the highlight of my 76 days travelling. My G Adventures tour was well-paced with good walks, a very knowledgeable tour guide, comfortable and well-located accommodations (even two nights with a pool), fabulous food places, a nice mix of young and old (22-70yr.), interesting partnerships with local community groups and travel arrangements that were always sensitive to those of us used to western sanitation. Morocco is a country that ...
